Starting with the detailed history of why and how Chandigarh got built, covering all important personalities and incidents that shaped the present Chandigarh. Followed by exploring the very first building made on the Chandigarh site.

Made to house the architect’s office from where they could design the rest of the city. It was intended as a temporary structure, but has now been preserved and converted into a museum given the historic nature of the work that was done in it.

Ending with a small tour of the first glass facade building of Chandigarh, made in 1953.
